Made by women of the Lambani tribe in North Karnataka, India, this vibrant piece, full of mirrors and thread work reflects the colourful world of these nomads who settled in this region.
Part of the nomadic groups that travelled from Rajasthan the Lambanis proudly carry on old traditions. Even today, you can see them wearing their rich red long skirts and heavy mirrored jewellery.
